Hobert William Braswell was born in Smithville, DeKalb County, Tennessee[1][2] on the 12th of February, 1913[1] to Sim Braswell[2] and Eva Clayborn[2] .
In 1920 he was living in District 4 in DeKalb County, Tennessee. in the home were SB Braswell(33 father), Eva Braswell(33 Mother), Toy Braswell(12 brother), Taft Braswell(9 brother), Hobert Braswell(7 self), Virgil Braswell(4 sister), Clay Braswell(1 brother)[3]
In 1930 He was living in District 9, DeKalb County, Tennessee and in the home were Sim B Braswell(44 father), Eva Braswell(43 mother), Toy Braswell(21 brother), Taft Braswell(19 brother), Hobart Braswell(17 self), Virgil M Braswell(14 sister), Clay Braswell(11 brother), Calvin Braswell(6 brother), and Everett F Braswell(2 brother)[4]

In October of 1940 he confirmed he had a scar on his left cheek, was 5' 9 1/2 and 136 pounds with blue eyes, blond hair and a ruddy complexion. At the time he was working for the Dixie Bottling Co. in Nashville, and living at 2404 Acklen Avenue, Nashville[1]
He would enlist in the World War II efforts on the 1010th of Apr 1942[6]
He would marry Juanita Turner[2]
His final home is believed to have been in Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee[2] .
He died on the 2nd of Nov, 1945 in Smithville, DeKalb County, Tennessee[2]; he would be buried in the Whorton Springs Cemetery in Smithville, DeKalb County, Tennessee[7]
