Although this profiles record is Brandon attached to this profile he has records under Brannon and an official civil war service headstone under Brannon. There is no proof his middle name starts with "B". That is on his card but its to do with his unit. He was signed up by a Colonel Wallace and he married Margaret Wallace. His wife used both Brandon and Brannon after his death. The civil war tag says he enlisted Jan 27, 1864 in Florida, but the records show he enlisted Feb 27, 1864 in Florida and his wife applied for a settlement under the surname Brandon dated Jan 3, 1865.
