Bernard was born on 24 Mar 1864 in Kilcogy, County Cavan, Irelend, the son of James Brady and Rose Nixon^[1].
He was baptised on 26 Apr 1864 at Mullaghoran in County Cavan, as witnessed by Patrick Bray & Alice Durkan. ^[2]
