Biography

Charlotte was born in 1846.

They had four children: DeVin, Helen, Alice and Jane (living with the widowed Charlotte in 1880).^[1]

In 1900 Charlotte and her three daughters wer living with her sister Margaret.^[2] In 1910 the three daughters were still unmarried and living with her.^[3]

She died on 3 April 1919 in Washington, DC. and was buried in Rock Creek Cemetery.^[4][5]
