Felicité Bourcier was born and baptized on 21 Sep 1784 in Châteauguay, Bas-Canada. She was the daughter of Pierre Bourcier and his wife Felicité Paré. Godparents at the infant Felicité's baptism were Basile Paré and Catherine Merlot. At age 22 Felicité married Vital Dumouchelle on 13 Oct 1806 In Saint-Joachim parish in Châteauguay, Bas-Canada. There were at least three chldren born into this marriage. Felicité died at age 79 on 11 Jul 1864 in Châteauguay; she was buried two days later on 13 Jul in the Saint-Joachim parish cemetery.
