I’m going to suggest that either the Virginia or the US Southern Colonies project might fit your current research focus. If not, use the Pre-1700 Projects list to find other possibilities. Review the project page to learn about resources and guidelines as well as how to collaborate with the project members.

Our vision is to build a collaborative tree with one profile per person. The farther back you go, it's likely you will find duplicate profiles to link into, so it's a good idea to do a search before you create a new profile.

I have a lot of information about the Bostian and Cress(Rowan County, NC), McNairy (Guilford County, NC, and Miller (Lincoln County, NC) families which I have submitted via GEDCOM file. My father, Frank K. Bostian, wrote several family histories in the 1970's that are often cited.
