Violet was the daughter of Andrew Keeth, resided on Bethel Road in Boothwyn, graduated from Upper Chichester High School, and worked for McCrory's in Chester.
Irvin was the son of P Irvin Weed, resided at 405 Bonsall Road in Ridley Park, graduated from the same high school, and worked for Sun Oil Company.

On 18 September 1960, John Allen Booth (34) died from a plane crash near 126th NE and 108th NE streets outside Kirkland, King County, Washington.
His usual residence had been 7617 10th St NE in Medina, King County.
He was white, married, worked as police chief in Medina, born in Chester PA, and the son of Andrew Booth and Viola Fritz.
He had served in WWII.
The informant of his death was the King County Coroner.
Green Funeral Home Inc provided services and he was buried on September 24th at Sunset Hills Memorial Park in Bellevue, Washington.

BOOTHWYN-- Police Chief John Allen Booth, 34, of Medina, Wash., a native of Boothwyn, was killed Sunday when his police plane crashed while on a patrol flight.
Another Medina policeman, believed to have been piloting the craft, also died in the crash near that community.
Details on the death of Chief Booth, a Purple Heart winner and veteran of World War II and the Korean War, were lacking, according to his survivors in this area.
Born and raised in Boothwyn, Chief Booth entered the Army during World War II and was wounded while fighting in the Battle of the Bulge.
After the war, he re-enlisted and served a tour of duty in Alaska before being discharged on the West Coast. He joined the Seattle, Wash., police force, but returned to the Army duing the Korean War.
In all, he earned 15 campaign ribbons while in the Army.
Returning to the Seattle force, he rose to the rank of sergeant of detectives before becoming chief at Medina.
He was the son of the late George M. Booth.
Surviving are his wife, Margaret, and a son, John, both of Medina; his mother, Mrs. Viola L. Keeth of Boothwyn; a brother, George E. Booth, of Boothwyn; two sisters, Mrs. Isabel Cheyney, of Blossburg, and Mrs. Violet Weed of Gulfport, Miss.; two step-brothers, Raymond Keeth, of Portage, Ind., and Joseph Keeth, of Detroit, Mich., and five step-sisters, Mrs. Mary McGinley and Mrs. Marjorie Maslin, both of Buckman Village, Mrs. Sara Carter, of Concord, Mrs. Margaret LaGosse of New Castle, Del., and Mrs. Gertrude Cassidy, of Lisle, Ill.
The services will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Reen Chapel, Kirkland, Wash. Burial will be in a Medina cemetery.

Miss Violet Etta Booth, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Keith, of Bethel road, RD., Boothwyn, and Irvin Douglas Weed, son of Mr. and Mrs. P. Irvin Weed, of 405 Bonsall road, Ridley Park, were united in marriage at noon on Saturday at the home of the bride's parents. Rev. George Goodley, of Hillcrest Methodist Church, Wilmington, Del., a cousin of the bride performed the ceremony.
The bride, who was given in marriage by her father, wore a blue lace ballerina length gown featuring a sweetheart neckline and a pleated skirt. She wore a headdress of lilies of the valley and a corsage of the same flowers.
Miss Patricia Wallis, of Boothwyn, the bride's only attendant, wore a pink lace ballerina length gown and wore a corsage of white roses.
Raymond Weed, of Ridley Park, was best man for his brother.
A reception followed the ceremony after which Mr. and Mrs. Weed left for a wedding trip to Niagara Falls. They will reside at 405 Bonsall road, Ridley Park.
The bride attended Upper Chichester High School and is employed at McCrory's in Chester.
Mr. Weed attended Upper Chichester High School and is employed by the Sun Oil Company.
