CECELIA BINAGGIO BATES Cecelia Binaggio Bates, 78, Lake Lotawana, MO, passed away January 16, 2000, at Research Medical Center. Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, January 18, at Holy Rosary Church; burial in St. Mary's Cemetery. Friends may call 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Sebbeto Chapel, where the rosary will be said at 5:30 p.m. Ceil was born in Kansas City, MO, and moved to Lake Lotawana 47 years ago. She was a member of the Community Club of the lake as well as the Missouri Yacht Club. Ceil was a graduate of St. Theresa Academy. She enjoyed working the elections for Jackson County. Ceil was a caring mother, a devoted and loving grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Binaggio, of 11 years; and her second husband, Joseph Bates of 20 years; daughter, Anita Marie. Ceil is survived by son, John Binnagio Bates; "sister," Josephine Cello; "niece," Cindy Cordsen; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Ceil was an active member of the lake's community and loved the many friends she made there
