I find no connection in my database concerning your presumed connection to General William Russell. General William Russell had a son, Thomas Allen Russell but never, to the best of mu knowledge, a son named Thomas E. Russell. He did have a son, Thomas Allen Russell who was married to (1) Sarah Lewis Garrard (2) Anne Mastin Allen.
