Marjorie Boggs was born on April 29,1897 in Belmont, Ohio[1]. Her parents were Edwin Boggs who was from a early pioneer family, and Jemima Hall. Marjorie was an accredited Social worker. She was a case consultant and director of case work of the Family Service Association of Cleveland.
