Biography

Frank was born in 1879. He served in Company H of the 1st Ohio Volunteer Infantry from 6 May to 25 Oct 1898 during the Spanish American War. When he returned to Cincinnati, he worked as a photographer. At the age of 30, he married 16 year old Adelaid Luckey. They divorced after 7 years. He passed away in 1939. Frank ran a photography business with his sister Flora. He passed away in 1939 at the age of 62.
