Biography
William was born in 1875. He was the son of James Bliss and Ary Carnes. [1] He married Ella Quante in 1898 [2]and had one child, Ella Ruby Bliss. He married Lucy McCartney in 1911 and had 3 children, William Spencer, Frances Jane and James Robert. He passed away in 1961.
