Private Miller Bledsoe served with 2nd Virginia Regiment (1779), Continental Army during the American Revolution.

Miller Bledsoe signed his will on December 1, 1838. He added a codicil on July 14, 1845. The will was proved in the November Term, 1845 in Oglethorpe County. An inventory was performed on November 15, 1845. In his will the following heirs are named:[1]
