In the Quarterly Meeting Books of Cambridge, Huntingdon and St Ives the following entry occurs:-
"Q.M. at Haddenham 7.8.1726"
"There came to this Meeting Thomas Bleakly (sic) of Godmanchester in the County of Huntingdon Weaver, & Ann Clements, daughter of Mary Clements widow, spinster, & declared their intention of taking each other in marriage, this being the last time & this Meeting leaves them to finish their intentions when they shall see meet." [1]

Family Chronicles draws a long bow to connect Thomas Bleakly (sic) of Godmanchester as the son of Simon Blakey & Elizabeth Adkins

"In the Register of the Church of St. Mary, Parish of Godmanchester, Co. Huntingdon, Folio 2, in the year 1694, is the entry “ Simon Blakey & Elizabeth Adkins were married the 22nd. day of Aprill '94.”
2nd entry
In another Folio is registered the birth of "Thomas, son of Simon Blakey and Elizabeth his wife baptised march 3rd 1689." maiden name not given).
point 1: Thomas born 5 years before marriage (Chronicles typo 1689 for 1698 as in point 3)
point 2: Thomas would be Blakey not Bleakly
point 3: my researches have found a Thomas Blakey baptised 3 mar 1698 to Simon Blakey and Elizabeth (again maiden name not given) in Glatton, Huntingdon about 13 miles away. [2]
point 4: this Simon Blakey and Elizabeth have 4 children William 1695 Thomas 1698 Anne 1701 & Jane 1703 (by the time I came to add these children the William reference has gone)

And Ann Clemants Daughter of John Clemants late of Cambridge Bodice maker deceased; That for the full accomplishing of their said intentions this sixth day of the eight month called October in the Year according to the English Account One Thousand Seven Hundred and Twenty six. They the said Thomas Bleekly and Ann Clemants appeared in a Publick Assembly.... met together .... meeting place in Haddenham.........................................................
