Benjamin married Charity Semones (born in 1757; daughter of John Semones) on 1783, in Bedford, Virginia, United States.[1]
They were the parents of at least 3 sons and 1 daughter:
- Luke Bird (1784–1843).
- Thomas Bird-1786–1859
- Benjamin Bird Jr-1793–1837
- Catherine Bird-1794–Deceased
He died in 1812, in Bedford, Virginia, United States, at the age of 61.[2]
