James Louis George, aka Louis, was born circa 1913 in Saint John, New Brunswick.[1] He was a son of George Beshara and Mary (Joseph) Beshara of Saint John, who had immigrated there from Syria in 1884.[2]
He married Amelda Mary Inez Edison (aka Inez) on June 8, 1939 in Saint John, New Brunswick. She was a daughter of William Edison and Mary (Cooper) Edison. At the time, he was occupied as a labourer.[1]
He was a Private in the Royal Canadian Army Service Corps during World War II.[3]
Louis passed away on April 10, 1979 in Calgary, Alberta and is interred there at the Queens Park Cemetery and Mausoleum.[3]

Find-A-Grave memorial lists his birth date as December 16, 1913 however no birth record can be found at Public Archives of New Brunswick, which has a fairly complete collection of birth records for that year well indexed. Leaving the data as "circa" on the profile until proof is found.
