Birth
Rose Ann was born on 29th May 1885 at Hanborough, Oxfordshire.[1] She was baptised on 28th June 1885 at the Wesleyan Chapel, Witney Oxfordshire, and her birth date was recorded on the register.[2] She was the daughter of Richard Berry and Ellen Long.
Marriage
She married Alfred John Pittick on 20th November 1909 at St Peter and St Paul, Hanborough, Oxfordshire.[3] The register shows that Alfred John was 26, a bachelor, living in Long Hanborough and working as a labourer, and that he was the son of Edward Pittick, a labourer. Rose Ann was a 24 year old spinster, living in long Hanborough and the daughter of Richard Berry, a labourer. The witnesses were George Moulder and Jane Elizabeth Moulder.[4]
