George Benson was born on May 11, 1850 in Huron, Ohio, United States, son of Joseph Benson (1815–1889) and Harriet Baxter (1827– ).[1]
In 1860, George (10) was living in Norwalk, Huron with his parents, Joseph M (45) and Harriett (35); and Ernst Benson (7), and Antoniette Benson (). [2] [3]
George died on June 19, 1917 in Huron, aged 67. He was buried in Woodlawn Cemetery, Norwalk, Huron County, Ohio.[1]
