George Benjamin is a part of US Black heritage.

George Benjamin was born in New Jersey, USA, son of Edward Benjamin and Mary Benjamin. George move around quite a bit in couple of states before he settled in Indiana. He was married to Alice Pinyon and they had two sons. He passed in 1937 Madison, La Porte, Indiana from a car accident and was cremated ther in Indiana.

1900 census George, Clerk, Dept Interior, was the son of Edward Benjamin in Cheyenne Ward 2, Laramie, Wyoming.^[2]
