Carolton was born in 1744. He died in 1802.

Carlton served as Aide-de-camp to Col. Eneas Campbell in the `Flying Camp of the First Maryland Battalion. He also took an oath of allegiance in 1776, MD, and served under Capt J Harwood in the Militia.[1]

Belt-637 and Belt-8 appear to represent the same person because: Look the same. Father needs to be merged also.
Carlton couldn't have been in Montgomery Maryland in 1790 and be having children in Loudon, Virginia at the same time.
