There's drama going on all the time, even back in time. This family was split, some for the simple life and some for a life in public office and some for the life as as part of the UEL, United Empire Loyalists.

Thank you for your message telling me what team(s) youd like to be on with Canada. Ive made a note of them. Please can you send me your e-mail address by return so that I can get you added to the Google Group?
Many thanks,
Susie
I havent yet heard back from you to say whether or not youd like to continue in the Canada Project. Please can you let me know if youd like to stay, what team(s) youd like to be in, and let me know your e-mail address so I can add you to the project Google Group? If I havent heard back from you by this time next week Ill assume you no longer want to be in the project and go ahead and remove you. You would, of course, be most welcome to re-join at any time.
Many thanks,
Susie
Greg Lavoie, Dave Rutherford and I have put a lot of work into restructuring the Canada Project. Have a look at the new project page.
You'll see that we've changed the project name to the Canada Project and the badge will be changed shortly. We've done this in order to provide lots of ways for people to contribute to Canadian Profiles. We've also moved towards a team approach with top level teams being lead by Project Coordinators and sub-teams being lead by Team Leaders.
Would you like to continue in the Canada Project, and if so, which team(s) would you like to be on?
Let me know if you have any questions. Once I hear back from you I'll add you to the Google group and get you set up in your team(s).
Susie
Hi and thanks for the comment. Looks like you have an amazing family line. Looks really interesting. So much history. Alma
Have you tried the Dorland dynamic tree widget already ? The Dorlands now are connected and can be traced back to abt. the year 0350 ;)
I am still the leader of the UEL Project and would love to have you jump in with all your UEL's. Thanks - I'll get the British Project badge for you too.

Have been connecting, merging and correcting some of the Dorland profiles/families to prevent maybe more confusion or lineages getting tangled up .
Added you to one, but if you want to be added to the trusted list for more profiles just send a request by using the request link you will find at the profiles .

Now that you have had a little time to try WikiTree, there are a few more features you may find useful.
Ideas on what to include in a profile can be found in Styles and Standards, including some tips on writing biographies.
If you need to describe an event, an heirloom or a location relevant to your research, you may like to learn about Free Space Profiles.
Lastly, sometimes you'll run into unresponsive profile managers. We have a process for resolving those unfortunate situations.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask via my profile page. Michelle ~ WikiTree Mentor
