In the 1870 census Rachel Bell (age 7) was in Jefferson Township, Jay, Indiana, United States.[1] In the 1880 census Florence Bell (age 17), at home, was the single daughter of Lavina Bell in Jefferson Township, Jay, Indiana, United States.[2] Florence Bell married Millard Nixon on 3 Oct 1892 in Jay, Indiana, United States.[3] In the 1900 census Flaurence Nixon (age 37) was the wife of Millard Nixon in Como, Jefferson Township, Jay, Indiana, United States.[4] In the 1910 census Florence Nixon (age 47) was the wife of Millard Nixon in Portland Ward 3, Jay, Indiana, United States.[5] Rachel Florence Bell Nixon died on 12 Jul 1916 and was buried in Portland, Jay, Indiana, United States.[6] Florence Bell's son Howard K Nixon married Marguerite J Norton in 1923 in Holly Oak, New Castle, Delaware, United States.[7][8]
