Biography

Harold was born in 1908. [1] He was raised as the son of James Bell and Margaret Best, though BDM records indicate his mother as Letitia Bell, no father listed. She is likely to be his supposed older sister, as listed in his Army Records. He passed away in 1976. [2] [3]
