From the Australasian 3 December 1898:
- WHITE—BEGGS.—On the 2nd November, at Christ Church, South Yarra, by the Rev. Canon Tucker, Thomas Edward, son of the late T. E. White, L.R.C.S.I., Portland, to Gertrude Dorothea, youngest daughter of the late Francis Beggs, Eurambeen, Beaufort.[1]
Gertrude White died in 1943 in Victoria.[2]
From the Argus 2 November 1943:
- WHITE - On October 31, Gertrude Dorothea, loved wife of Thomas Edward White, of Cahirblonig, Middle Creek, aged 77 years.
- WHITE.- The Funeral of the late GERTRUDE DOROTHEA WHITE, of Cahirblonig, Middle Creek, will leave the Church of England, Beaufort, THIS DAY (Tuesday), after a service at 2.15-p.m., for the Beaufort Cemetery. F. W. BARNES & SON, Ballarat. Phone 79.[3]
