Alexander was a Revolutionary War soldier. He was the father of Cynthia Beebe Knight (1789 - 1870); Asa Beebe (1792 - 1878); Clark Beebe (1797 - 1882); Catharine Beebe Holcomb (1800 - 1841); Allen Beebe (1803 - 1862); and Sophia Ann Beebe Fenn (1809 - 1874). Alexander Beebe was buried in the Mexico Primitive Cemetery, at Mexico, Oswego County, New York, USA.
