In the name of God Amen. I, Thomas Beazley, of the County of Boone, and State of Missouri, of sound mind and memory, but taking into consideration the certainty of death, do make, ordain and publish the following as my last Will and testament. Item First. I will and bequeath to my grand daughter Mattie R. Watkins my feather bed. Item Second. It is my will and desire, after my decease,that all my property both real and personal, except the bed above named, be sold either publicly or privately, as my Executor, herein named, my think bestf or the interest of the heirs, and the proceeds of said sale when collected, to be equally divided between William W. Beazley, Robert T. Beazley, Henry L. Beazley, Richard E. Beazley, Mary C. Tandy, and the bodily heirs of John W. Beazley, deceased, to wit William W. Beazley, Robert T. Beazley, Henry L, Beazley, Richard E. Beazley and Mary C. Tandy, each the one sixth (1/6) part,and to the bodily heirs of John W. Beazley, the one sixth (1/6) part. Item Third. I have already given and conveyed by Deed to Elizabeth L. Watkins my former homestead valued at fifteen hundred dollars,which is to be a final offset against the said Elizabeth L. Watkins, she having already received from my estate the value of said homestead more than any oneof my other children.

Item Fourth. I hereby constitute and appoint my son William W. Beazley as my executor of this my last Will and Testament, in witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal this 4th day ofApril 1872. The word ‘other’ interlined before signed.
