AGED PIONEER, WOMAN PASSES

Widow of the Late J. W. [sic] Crocker, Died at Family Home Here Wednesday Afternoon

INTERNMENT IN RIDGE PARK CEMETERY TODAY

Deceased Was a Lifelong Member of Baptist Church; Services Conducted By Rev. Swindell

In the death of Mrs. Mollie Emma Elizabeth another of the old citizens of the city passed to the Great Beyond. Her death occurred at the family home, 709 East Elm street, Wednesday, July 16, 1930. She was the widow of the late W.F. Crocker.

Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 5:30 o'clock in the First Baptist church, with Rev. alvin Swindel officiating. She had been a member of the Baptist church all her life, and had been interested in church activities until forced by ill health to relinquish.

Interment will be in Ridge Park cemetery immediately following the funeral services at the church. Marshall & Marshall are in charge of arrangements.

Surviving Mrs. Crocker are two brothers, Jack and Jud Beavers of Hillsboro; one sister, Mrs. D.N. Glass of Hillsboro; and seven children: Willie Crocker of Abbott; Homer and Jarrell of Hillsboro; Mrs Beatrice Hargrove of Abbott; Mrs Jewel Lawier and Mrs. Grace Craig of Fort Worth, and Miss Fannie Crocker of HIllsboro.

Deceased was a pioneer resident of Hill county, first settling in Abbott, and later moving east of Hillsboro, where the family resided until a few years ago, when they moved to Hillsboro. She has been in ill health for a long time.
