When the US Census for District 0005, Red Lodge, Carbon, Montana was taken on 3 Jul 1900, Carl Beardslee was the 29 year old head of household. He gave is birthdate as Feb 1871 and reported that he had been married 5 years. His occupation was sheep herder and he owned his property. The household included
