My name is Amy and I am a co-Leader of the Scotland Project. As you may have heard, we have merged the Scottish Clans project into the Scotland Project. I am contacting you today to find out if you are interested in continuing with us under this new format. If you would like to go forward on the Scottish Clans Team, please reply and let me know which clans you have been working on or would like to work on. I look forward to hearing from you.
Did you know that Mahala was a widow of Thomas Bridges and they had one son Starlin. Then she met grandpa James Alexander Edwards and married him and had several children including my Grandpa Pauleman Bush Edwards.
I'm trying to build on my wiki tree but can't seem to get anywhere. I registered back in 2014 but may not have confirmed as I should have. How do I go about doing this now?
Donna, do you happen to speak any other languages? Would you check out our languages template and add it to your biography? For example you might add
{{ Languages | en | fr-2 | ga-1 }}
to the top of your biography if you speak English natively, intermediate French and basic Irish, or you could use de-4 to specify near-native German or ru-1 for basic Russian, and so forth up to ten languages.
It really helps to know who speaks all the different languages used on WikiTree! If you only speak English, you're very welcome to use this text to make that clear:
Hi Donna. There is a new person who seems to be your 3rd cousin. She is trying to merge her mom into a profile of yours. Please contact her if you get a chance and maybe help her out? Her name is Bonnie Berg (Crabtree-822) Thank you very much.
Hello Donna, I see that you have information that might be helpful to me as my family is from West Virginia. I will be glad to help with family information with the Halstead, Shabdue and Mccallister families in and around Boone Co. and the Alderson area. Any advice to get me started would be great.
