Biography

Babée was born on 21 Oct 1873 and baptized in Bouctouche on 25 Oct 1873. She was the daughter of Alexis Bastarache (1844– ) and Bibianne LeBlanc (1851– ).^[1]

In 1881^[2] she was Catholic and living in Wellington, Kent, New Brunswick.

Pierre and Babee were married on August 8, 1892 in Bouctouche, New Brunswick.^[3] Another record states their wedding took place on August 10th. He was twenty-five and she was nineteen years old.^[4]

In 1901^[5] she was Catholic and living in Kent, New Brunswick.

Octave and Bebee were married on August 25, 1919. He was forty-six and she was forty-four years old.^[6]

Babee passed away on December 15, 1958 and is buried in Cocagne, New Brunswick.^[7]
