Narrative: Oliver Joshua Bartlett, the first son of Doctor Joshua B. Bartlett, a physician who practiced in Jay, New York and died 29 October 1833.

Oliver died 8 May 1862, a member of the M.E. Church about thirty years. He was an ardent worker in the church and did much to promote Christianity. ^[6]
