Mary Philomena Barry was born in 1899. ^[1]

She was the daughter of Frank Barry and Mary Sheedy-McNamara. ^[2]

Census Records in 1901 find the family in Gort, Ireland. Philomena was only 1 years old. ^[3]

In 1911 the family still lived in Gort Town, Galway, Ireland including Francis Barry 55, Mary Barry 55, Mary Ann Barry 33, Patrick C Barry, 19 Agnes M Barry 15, Gerald A Barry 13, Philomena M Barry 11 Margaret H Mc Evoy 3 years old, and Maymond P Mc Evoy 5 years old. ^[4]

Mary Philomina "Phyllis" was an unmarried nurse in 1942.

She passed away in 1952. ^[5]
