Keziah Barrows was born about 1712 in Carver, Plymouth, Province of Massachusetts Bay, daughter of George Barrows (~1670–1758) and Patience Simmons (1675–1723).

Keziah (15) married Samuel Benson (22) (born on March 22, 1706 in Rochester, Barnstable, Massachusetts Bay; son of John Benson and Elizabeth (Briggs) Benson) on November 25, 1728 in Plympton, Plymouth, Massachusetts Bay Colony.[1] Their children were:

Keziah died before 1769, aged about 56.[7]
