Biography
Julia was born in 1868 to parents Samuel M. Barrows and Eleanor Panthea Morse (1849–1920). In 1888 she married John Franklin Williams (1864–1935) and they were the parents of at least three children. Julia died in 1900. After her death, her widowed husband married her sister Anna May (Barrows) Warne (1877–1956), her second marriage as well, with her first first husband dying in 1900 as well.
