The newspaper announcement stated KESTON. WEDDING OF MR. R. BOOSEY Mr. Ralph Boosey, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. C. T. Boosey, of Knighton., Keston, was married at St. Cuthbert's Church, Philbeach-gardens, S.W.5, on Saturday to Miss Rosemary Barns, daughter of the Rev. and Mrs. William E. C. Barns, of Cranley-gardens, SW7. The bridegroom, a director of Messrs. Boosey and Hawkes, the well-known musical firm resided in Keston practically all his life until a year or so ago. Among those who were present at the reception at Royal Palace Hotel. Kensington were Mrs. W. Boosey, of Woodside. Keston, aunt; Miss Boosey, sister; Dr. and Mrs. Hopton, of Hayes; and the Rev. F. S. Gammon, Rector of Keston. [2]
