Biography
Parker was born on Mach 31 in either 1894 (according the 1901 census) or 1898 (accoding to his death certificate).[1][2][3]. He was the son of James Banks and Henrietta Banks.
He was a labourer who worked and lived on he Lincoln Road in nearby Fredericton.[1]
Parker passed away of Tuberculosis on December 14, 1936 in Fredericton. He was interred at Lincoln.[1]
