Harriett Ballew was born on 21 January 1875 in Princeton, Mercer, Missouri, United States, daughter of Reese Ballew (1844–1916) and Sarah E Strong (1849–1934).^[1]

In 1880, Harriett (5) was living in Morgan, Mercer. ^[2]

In 1900, Harriett (25) was living in ED 50 Chester & Porter Townships Chester town, Crawford.^[2]

In 1930, Harriett (55) was living in Greencastle, Sullivan, Missouri.^[2]

Harriett died on 29 June 1903 in Chester, Crawford, Arkansas, United States, aged 28.
