Louisa was likely born in England circa 1829. Her father was born there and did not immigrate until 1835 with his family. She was a daughter of George Blacklock.[1]
Her family is known to have lived at Port Simonds in Saint John, New Brunswick.
She married George L. Blacklock of Halifax at Saint John in December 1847.[2]
George Blacklock was a lighthouse keeper at Port Simonds in 1891.
Louisa died circa March 24, 1897 based on a burial permit issued in Saint John.[1]
