Biography
Harriet (Baldwin) Burpee is buried in Greenwood Cemetery, Rockford, Illinois.
Harriet was born in 1823 in New York. She was the daughter of Gordon Baldwin and Harriet Fitch. [1]
She married Alpheus Burpee in 1853.
They moved to Rockford, Illinois in 1857 where Alpheus opened a funeral home and then a furniture manufacturing company. [2]
Harriet passed away in 1895. [3]
