Biography
Benjamin Balderston was born in Prince Edward Island, Canada.
Benjamin, son of John Balderston and Sarah Weeks , was born 2 May 1866 and baptised 17 Jun 1866 in N. Wiltshire, Prince Edward Island, Canada. [1]
In 1891, he was a teacher, living with his family. His family in 1891: [2]
He was a Methodist clergyman in 1901 and lived in Greenwood, British Columbia. [3]
Benjamin was married to Florence and they had two daughters, Jean age 6 and Florence age 4, by 1921. They lived at 602 Haliburton Street, Nanaimo. [4]
Rev. Benjamin Hedley Balderston died 2 Feb 1947 and was buried in Ocean View Burial Park, Burnaby, British Columbia. [5]
