No birth record has been found; parents are unknown. Estimated birth year of 1815 is based on census records. 1830 age 15-19, born 1811-1815; 1840 age 20-29, born 1811-1820; 1850 age 35, born 1815; 1860 age 45, born 1815.
Marriage
Margaret married Drury V. Womack probably about 1828. Oldest son, William B. Womack, was born August 1829. She married Caleb M. Walls after Drury's death. Their oldest child was Belinda Walls, born about 1844. Estimated marriage date 1842/1843.
Death
Margaret has not been found in records after the 1860 census. It is presumed she died between 1860 and 1870 in Jackson County, Alabama.

Margaret is with second husband, Caleb Walls. In their household are their children Belinda, Lucy, Oscar [Austin], and Margaret. Also with them are three of Margaret's children from first marriage: Rufus, Rebecca and Charles.[5]
