Hi Michael.The incorrect parents death shouldn't really delay a run of merges. I have had a rummage around and found multiple trees for Bone-1203 all using 1832. None of which are sourced and are probabably copy upon copy of the same tree. As you will be the profile manager on the new tree. I suggest you merge use your 1842 sourced details and add a note in the biography explaining that other sources have been found and giving the alternative death. Another option is to delete the death dates altogether and put both details into the biography for discussion. That means all the other merges can happen.

Michael, do you happen to speak any other languages? Would you check out our languages template and add it to your biography? For example you might add

{{ Languages | en | fr-2 | ga-1 }}

to the top of your biography if you speak English natively, intermediate French and basic Irish, or you could use de-4 to specify near-native German or ru-1 for basic Russian, and so forth up to ten languages.

It really helps to know who speaks all the different languages used on WikiTree! If you only speak English, you're very welcome to use this text to make that clear:

{{ Languages | en }}

Thanks,

Karen

I'm interested in furthering my family genealogy and sharing it with distant relative and contributing to the genealogy community in general.
