Biography
Isabella was born in 1869 in Ballystrudder, Islandmagee, County Antrim, Ireland, the daughter of Thomas Baird, a labourer, and Isabella Snoddy.[1]
In 1890 she married John Johnston in Larne Methodist Church. He was a hackler living in Ellis Street, Carrickfergus and she was a domestic servant living in Whitehead, Templecorran. The witnesses were Edward W Reaney and Agnes Baird.[2]
