Biography

Earl Samuel Bachelier, 72, Grampian, died September 21, 1972 at 2:55 p.m. at the Clearfield Hospital. A son of Phillip and Margaret Bachelier, he was born in Grampian, July 16, 1900. Until his retirement, in recent years, he was owner and operator with his brother of the Bachelier Garage in Grampian. He attended the United Methodist Church in Grampian. Mr. Bachelier is survived by his wife, Mrs. Rosella (Kendall) Bachelier: one son Clair, Grampian: one daughter Mrs. Harold (Eleanor) McElheny, Elizabethtown , Pa.; ten grandchildren and two brothers, Harry and Raymond both of Grampian. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers. ^[1]
