Biography

Judson was born on February 2, 1876. His marriage certificate gives his parents names as John Babcock and Ellen Kell^[1]. His daughter was the informant on his death certificate, and stated that his parents were Sherman Wager and Frances Babcock.^[2] Judson was listed as an "adopted child" to John in the 1901 census.^[3] John and Ellen also had a daughter named Frances, who was around 15 years older than Judson.

He married Eva Rowlands in 1905.^[1]

Judson was 67 years old when he passed away on October 10, 1943.^[2][4][5] Judson is buried in Kingston, Ontario.^[6]
