Thomas having no part; one half the estate to go to bro. Thomas if he returns in 7 yrs. otherwise divided between bros. Geo. Henry & SamI. Thomas Aubury personal property;

to Henry Aubury wearing apparel, one chest & fiddle to sister Sara, & bros. Geo. & Samuel 160 a. to be equally divided, lying on branches of Difficult Run, adj. land of Chas. Broadwater.
