Biography

Frederick Arthur ATKINSON was born on 11 March 1908, in Murray Bridge, South Australia (SA), the son of Frederick ATKINSON and Mary HUMPHREYS.^[1][2]

He was baptised on 11 November 1908 in the Murray Bridge Circuit, Methodist Church.^[2]

Frederick married Jean TRELOAR on 26 November 1930 in Torrensville SA (at the residence of Rev J Wiltshire).^[3]

He worked for the South Australian Police Force.^[4][5]

He last resided at 64 Kenilworth Road, Parkside SA.^[4][5]

Frederick died, aged 42 years, on 25 November 1950, in Royal Adelaide Hospital, Adelaide SA.^[6][4]

His funeral was held (officiated by the Rev C H Williams), and he was interred (buried), on 27 November 1950 in Centennial Park Cemetery.^[5]
