Green names like Aquila, Barzilla, Urban? John had to get a passport to travel thru Indian Nations from the Carolinas into MS. They also had slaves with them, I believe. As for Jacob, members of the Jester List at rootsweb did a ton of research on him. How did you get his birth date? I don't know if anyone on the list did or not. We knew about his year of birth. It may have been there I don't remember off hand. The list was started in the late 90s. And I don't remember if I published it in my newsletters or not back in the late 80s, early 90s. I'll get you a link. The list is pretty much defunct now.

My name might be bandied about on ancestry. Cousins on both sides have added me. I;m interested in your GREENs... I descend from John Green and Elizabeth Wroten of Amite, MS who settled in LA before coming to AR. Let me know if you need any help with WT. (like I really know anything.) But I will be doing an autosoma and an MT tests soon. We'll need to compare them. My Cousin Greg Wood put his autosoma kit up too. He descends from a sister of my 2nd ggf. You do know that Jacob was married before Sidda?
