Birth and Upbringing: Donald was born in 1870. He was the son of Joseph and Ann Ashbrooke ^[1] He was baptised on 23 October 1870 Little Leigh Parish, Cheshire. ^[2]
Family: He predeceased a wife. He appears to have married Martha Parkes in 1897, at Northwich Cheshire. ^[3]
Occupation: During his life time, Donald was a farmer
