Biography

Thomas was born in 1892.^[1] He was the son of Charles Arthur and Janet Laurenson. Sailed from London aboard the Hobson's Bay on 24 March 1924. Destination was Fremantle, W.Australia. Tim Lethorn /Tom Reynolds from the State Records Office (Perth) W.Australia informs me that Thomas L Arthur resided in a farming district of Dalwalinnu, N.E of Perth, Australia. He was a cooper by trade. He was a naval reservist.^[2] He is buried in Karrakatta Cemetery in the western suburbs of Perth ,Australia registration reference is Perth 120 of 1943.^[3][4]
